Valvoline, a leading worldwide supplier of premium automotive services, has accelerated the growth of its industry-leading model designed to deliver a quick, easy, and trusted experience to guests. As part of their expansion program, a new prototype was developed in order to simplify the building design. Trusting our grasp of their business objectives, Threecore has served in the role of construction manager for multiple ground up locations at sites spread throughout the US. Oversight of these 2,100 sf facilities has included all associated site work and interior build outs. Projects have typically been comprised of service bays, restrooms, offices, a customer waiting area, and a service basement with a hazardous waste material collection and containment system.

As each market presented unique challenges ranging from soil types to local jurisdictional codes, our team was heavily involved with changes that occurred through the construction cycle, offering creative value engineered solutions to expedite the timeline and keep costs down.
