Powering Storage Expansion

Threecore partnered with U-Haul as the general contractor for a series of four self-storage facilities and an RV storage canopy located throughout the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area. This multi-site initiative represents a combined 102,000+ square feet of development and includes more than 1,000 fully climate-controlled storage units, offering secure and convenient options for both personal and commercial users.

Each facility was strategically designed and constructed to align with U-Haul’s high standards for accessibility, efficiency, and durability. In addition to delivering consistent performance across multiple sites, Threecore’s involvement included managing tight schedules, navigating local permitting requirements, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely completion.

The addition of the RV storage canopy reflects an understanding of regional demand, particularly among Phoenix-area residents with active outdoor lifestyles. This feature adds an extra layer of functionality to the project, expanding the range of services available to U-Haul customers.
