Threecore was thrilled to assist PEBB Enterprises, a private equity investor known for revitalizing distressed shopping centers, on the redevelopment of a vacant mixed-use center located in the heart of Dayton, Ohio. Due to a solid relationship that we built with PEBB on a previous project, we were asked to partner with their team on this project. Plans to improve the property included renovations to existing buildings as well as the ground-up construction of shell space for new tenants. Among the new tenant sites were Buy Buy Baby and Affordable Uniforms, a 6,000-square-foot tenant improvement site.
