Our team's extensive retail experience includes work with national retailers and developers on ground up, remodels and take over projects. These retailers include Kohl's, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Kroger, Lidl and many others. This experience provided us with a deep understanding of how retailers operate and their key hot buttons. Currently, Ray Catlin, Threecore's President is serving as the President of the RCA (Retail Contractors Association) and is on the CenterBuild Planning Committee for the 5^th year.

Threecore was thrilled to assist PEBB Enterprises— a private equity investor known for revitalizing distressed shopping centers —on the redevelopment of a vacant mixed-use center located in the heart of Dayton, Ohio. Due to a solid relationship that we built with PEBB on a previous project, we were asked to partner with their team on this project. Plans to improve the property included renovations to existing buildings as well as the ground up construction of shell space for new tenants. Among the new tenant sites were Buy Buy Baby, and Affordable Uniforms - a 6,000-sf tenant improvement site.
