Threecore partnered with a logistics and supply chain client on a project for their 880,000-square-foot distribution facility in Ohio. The project included comprehensive design, permitting, and construction upgrades, such as the addition of hazardous materials rooms, in-rack sprinkler systems, modern office spaces, a dedicated trucker’s lounge, new dock equipment, battery charging stations, a guard shack, and advanced security features. Despite numerous scope changes, Threecore ensured coordination and communication with the client, delivering the project three weeks ahead of schedule through proactive planning and consistent efficiency.
