Threecore served as the general contractor for the renovation and expansion of Discovery Village at Boynton Beach, a premier senior living community in Southeast Florida. This 235,000+ square-foot project was thoughtfully designed to elevate the resident experience and promote a vibrant lifestyle.

The expansion included two skybridges connecting the Grande Lobby to a new amenity wing, which features a fast-casual bistro, modern fitness center, auditorium, Legends Bar & Lounge, Silver Cinema movie theater, and a multi-section Sensations Dining Room with restaurant-style seating. Outdoor improvements added a resort-style pool with a sundeck, private cabanas, and a self-guided fitness circuit.
