Bolstering an Urgent Care Network

As the need for healthcare services increases, the growth of convenient, walk-in retail healthcare providers are escalating.

Threecore partnered with health services innovator, MedExpress, on their expansion program aimed at bringing high-quality, affordable health care to communities nationwide. The development of these full-service neighborhood medical facilities includes of both ground-up construction as well as retrofits of existing buildings. The single-story centers range in size from 4,500 – 5,000 sf. The scope encompasses both the exterior and interior of the building including build-out for a waiting area, examination rooms, x-ray facilities, and a nurse’s station.

MedExpress maintains a fast-track schedule for their projects and uniformity is required from site to site, with each facility taking approximately 120 days to complete. To minimize challenges and ensure on-time delivery, we stayed one step ahead of any problem or concern that arose by anticipating issues before they affected project schedules.
