One such example - Threecore successfully took on DHL’s recent project to complete complex improvements to their 880,000-sf distribution facility situated in Monroe, Ohio. Threecore was responsible for the design, permitting and construction of hazardous materials rooms, in-rack sprinkler systems, offices, trucker’s lounge, new dock equipment, battery charging stations, guard shack and other security features.

Threecore stayed ahead of the client’s schedule through clear communication and concise project coordination. The project was three weeks ahead of schedule, despite multiple changes in the scope of work.
